Dr. Robert Waters, dean of Excelsior College’s School of Public Service, hosts a discussion about education and training 21st century leaders with Parris Glendening, former Governor of Maryland and Julia Leighton, General Counsel for the District of Columbia. The event took place at Excelsior College’s Washington DC Center. The video is just over 18 minutes in length.
